Darling Doll

IMG_5129 (2)“Darling Doll” is the name of this pattern for a knitted doll. If she could stand, she’d be 17 inches tall. She will soon be “adopted” by a little girl whose grandmother chose the colors for her hair and jumper.

Meet Teddy’s cousin

Teddy just learned that he has a cousin, and the two instantly became friends.

Teddy

This is Teddy. He’s a tiny bear; his sitting height is 7 inches, and his standing height is 10 inches. He even has his own little red sweater. The tan and red yarns and the stuffing are completely washable.

More caps for charity

Here are six more caps–four for women and two for children–to add to the eight pictured in my previous post. All are going to the shelter for battered women in Illinois.

Teddy bear T-shirt

IMG_2690IMG_2691

This T-shirt has three teddy bear buttons at the shoulder to make it easy to put over the child’s head.
The pale yellow yarn has multi-colored speckles. The blue ribbing is actually lighter than shown in the photos.
This airy pattern makes the t-shirt comfortable for spring.
It would be cute on either a boy or a girl. The size is 18 months.
